img_2558.jpg“Devil’s Marbles” is a sight along the Stuart Highway near Tennant Creek, and one of the places we’ve visited during our road trip through the middle of Australia. Gigantic granite boulders have been eroded into stunning formations. Most of them are round(ish) which is why they are referred to as ‘marbles’.

We’ve stopped our journey for a while to hike through boulder-land, and we even climbed one – unnecessary to mention what a great view we’ve had from up there! Enjoy the photos…
